Bryn löken och tillsätt vitlöken. Häll på grädden och crème fraichen. Smula ner ox-buljongen och tillsätt kalvfonden. Häll i den malda grönpepparn. Tillsätt honungssenapen och sojan. Lägg de brynta filébitarna i en ugnsfast form. Häll över såsen. Gratinera i ugn 220 grader ca 20 minuter. Garnera med några kvistar timjan. Servera med pressad potatis, kokt broccoli, morötter, sparris och blomkål.
